Heat Plus offers a wide range of service and repair work including urgent call outs for anything heat pump and electrically related.
Our friendly office staff will endeavour to assist with any queries over the phone and can sometimes solve the issue with a few simple questions and tips however any urgent matters will be attended by one of our service engineers or electricians.
Maintenance
Heat Pump and ventilation systems require regular maintenance. The filters on a heat pump system should be cleaned by yourself on a regular basis however we recommend a comprehensive check and clean be completed by a professional at least once every two years.
Heat Plus will automatically post out reminders on all heat pump systems we've sold when it is due for a two year check or coming close to the end of its warranty period.
We also offer comprehensive and regular maintenance contracts to our commercial customers to ensure that the systems installed are kept in a clean and tidy manner and ensuring optimal efficiency and performance of your system.
